Shut the shell on a successful event
When the festival winds down, your role ensures everything is safely packed, cleaned, and returned. This is one of the most important shifts of the day.
As a Breakdown volunteer, you will:
- Pack up event materials and supplies
- Assist with loading trucks and trailers
- Break down stations, tents, and signage
- Transport materials using wagons or dollies
- Help restore the site after the event
Bonus: Arrive early and enjoy up to one hour of the festival before your shift begins.
Restrooms are available onsite. Be prepared to stand, bend, lift, and walk for over an hour. Breakfast will be provided, but bring a backup if you have specific dietary needs.
Your work ensures nothing is wasted and everything is ready for what comes next.
